AUSTIN, TX / ACCESS Newswire / September 23, 2026 / T·TIME has launched a cash-pay telehealth program for compounded injectable semaglutide and tirzepatide.
The program uses a single rate that does not vary based on the dose prescribed by the treating clinician. The rate includes medication, physician review, follow-up visits, 24/7 medical support and next-day cold shipping. There is no separate membership fee.
Patients may receive dose adjustments during treatment based on the prescribing clinician’s medical judgment. Under the program, a change in prescribed dose does not change the patient’s rate.
The launch expands T·TIME’s existing cash-pay model for prescription treatments. Medical eligibility and prescribing decisions are made by licensed healthcare professionals. When prescribed, medications are prepared and dispensed by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies.
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved finished drug products. They are not Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro. Treatment is available only to patients determined to be medically eligible by a licensed clinician. Patients who are not approved for treatment are refunded.
