On August 5, 2026, Criteo reported its financial results for the second quarter of 2026. The Company reported an 11% year-over-year decline in revenue and a 49% year-over-year decline in net income. Additionally, the Company announced that it was appointing its Chief Strategy Officer, Connor McGogney, as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), effective August 10, 2026, succeeding Sarah Glickman who served as CFO since 2020. On this news, Criteo’s stock price fell $5.35, or 24%, to close at $17.05 on August 5, 2026.
