Signet Jewelers, which includes KAY Jewelers, Zales, Jared Jewelers and Banter by Piercing Pagoda, announced today it has raised $12 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® as part of its commitment, announced in 2023, to raise $100 million.

This contribution represents Signet’s largest single-year fundraising total for St. Jude and the largest one-time donation the company has made to the organization. Funds were raised through the sale of plush puppies and bears in Signet stores, customer donations made in-store and online, and team member and corporate support of initiatives such as the St. Jude Walk.

When St. Jude opened in 1962, childhood cancer was largely considered incurable. Since then, St. Jude has helped push the overall survival rate in the U.S. from 20% to more than 80%, and they won’t stop until no child dies from cancer.
Signet’s current $100 million commitment will support patients who have survived childhood cancer through continued research and care provided by the After Completion of Therapy Clinic and St. Jude Lifetime Cohort Study (St. Jude LIFE). Together, these initiatives aim to reduce the long-term effects of childhood cancer treatment while offering follow-up care and health counseling.
